Shipping policy

1. Shipping Provider
All international orders are shipped via DHL, our official logistics partner offering secure, fast, and fully trackable delivery services.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
• Indonesia (nationwide)
• International markets, including Australia, Japan, Singapore, Europe, and the United States.
Please note: Some destinations may have local restrictions or bans on importing herbal, cosmetic, or traditional medicine products. It is the customer's responsibility to verify applicable import laws before purchasing.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
• Indonesia: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs procedures
A tracking number will be provided once your shipment is dispatched.
5. Shipping Fees
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, volume, and destination.
• Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in product pricing or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
BHOB will not refund orders that are rejected, returned, or destroyed due to non-compliance with local customs regulations.
7. Compliance Documents & MSDS Availability
All BHOB products are BPOM (FDA) -certified and manufactured under export-grade hygiene standards. For international orders requiring documentation, we provide:
• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
• COA (Certificate of Analysis) or ingredient breakdowns upon request
• Proper labelling and HS code classification for smooth customs clearance
Please indicate in your order notes or email us if such documents are needed for your shipment.
8. Shipping Risks & Responsibility
Once a package is handed to DHL, BHOB is not liable for:
• Delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances
• Loss or theft after delivery is confirmed
• Packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses
Ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains wrong items, notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and products
• A description of the issue
We will investigate and offer appropriate solutions, which may include a replacement or refund.
