At BHOB, we take the safety, purity, and compliance of our herbal and cosmetic products seriously. As our items fall under natural medicine and topical-use personal care, they are subject to strict hygiene and regulatory standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once orders have been shipped.
This policy ensures that every product delivered to our customers domestically and internationally, remains uncompromised, uncontaminated, and compliant with health and safety laws.



Why Refunds Are Not Accepted

Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our herbal infusions, natural medicines, and skincare products:
•    Returned products cannot be resold or repurposed
•    Safety regulations prevent us from reprocessing or verifying returned goods
•    Cross-border returns may violate customs, health, or botanical import regulations

 


What We Offer Instead

While we are unable to refund orders, we are committed to resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. Please contact us at support@bumiherbsoditibali.com within 7 days of receiving your order if:
•    Your items arrive damaged, leaking, or broken
•    Your package contains incorrect or missing products
•    You receive a product that is defective or non-compliant with labeling

To help us serve you better, include:
•    Your order number
•    Clear photos of the issue (product, packaging, and shipping label)
•    A short explanation of the problem
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or alternative resolution depending on the situation.



MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) Compliance

As an export-ready herbal wellness company, BHOB provides MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for our cosmetic and topical-use products when required by customs authorities, importers, or retailers.
MSDS documents:
•    Outline ingredient safety profiles, handling instructions, and first aid measures
•    Are required by many international destinations for cosmetics, essential oils, and herbal actives
•    Help ensure legal clearance through customs and safe commercial distribution
We supply these documents on request to support international buyers, retailers, or distributors. Please contact us in advance if your country or partner organization requires them.



Important Notes

Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for:
•    Orders refused or returned by customs
•    Delays caused by courier, customs, or incorrect shipping information
•    Personal dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or natural variations (as our products use real, unprocessed herbs)
